Desert Villages of Libya

We learned about the Sahara Desert and the nomadic groups of people that live among the dunes along the oases. We saw pictures and videos of traditional "camel-racing" and we learned about the ways people adapt to life in the desert. We created desert tent villages from paper and sprinkled colored sand to create dunes.
